IMPORTANT UPDATE
As a maker of personalised gifts we are always striving to ensure perfect customer service. We appreciate at the time of year delivery times become more sensitive and with ongoing Royal Mail strikes we felt the need to update our delivery options.
As a matter of course we send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which normally would be delivered within 1-2 days following dispatch. These Tracked 24 deliveries are taking up to 8 days currently The last day to choose normal shipping is the 12th December to ensure Christmas delivery.
We have introduced an Express Delivery option which will be using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The last order date for this is 16th December.
We would recommend all orders to be placed using the Express Option to ensure delivery in good time for Christmas.
